I am an attachment parenting, babywearing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, co-sleeping, elimination communication, non-vaccinating (informed decision), Placenta Encapsulation Specialist (PES), Crunchy Mom. Crunchy Mom Life (CML) is a work at home mom (WAHM) owned and operated business. It was started to help moms find gentle products to help in the care for their baby's and family. Our first son was born in October 2011, at New Beginnings Birth Center in Meridian, Idaho and our second boy was born at home in June 2014.  I believe the natural and gentle parenting lifestyle we have will bring confidence and independence to our children. CML wants to support moms in their gentle parenting lifestyle as well. 

In 2013, I completed placenta encapsulation training and am blessed to able to help other mothers postpartum. The benefits that you can receive from ingesting your placenta, that was made by you, is incredible.  I wish I knew about this option when our first son was born and am thankful for it with our second. I am excited to offer this service.
